Initial visit was with Mike to look at several travel trailers. Mike took a different position with Charlie O'Baugh and Ben Puckett took over for the final sale and delivery. The entire experience was excellent!. Ben, Mike and the entire Charlie O'Baugh team are A1 in my book and I would not hesitate to purchase another RV or parts from them. Keep up the great work!

We were out on a campground ,away from home, when our awning on our RV would not retract. It is an electric awning and the motor had gone bad with no way for us to fix on our own. We called everyone for miles around and the factory that made the awning, no-one could tell us what to do to get the awning back in so we could go home. We searched the internet and found charlieobaughrv.com in another town 45 miles away. Called and told them our situation. Even though they were very busy, he sent out a technician named Travis, the very next day, to our RV on the campground (which was a Saturday by the way). He was very polite and knowledgeable, had a new motor installed on the awning in one hour. GREAT JOB! Awning working better than it ever has.

Service Dept was very helpful--had Dennis at my RV within 30 minutes--diagnosed the problem--went back and called Colorado for the part and had it there the next day. Came the following day and put the part on. the Service Dept and Dennis kept me informed with each step as to what is happening. I didn't have to worry as to when the part would come and when it would be fixed. Great service and the people at the Service Dept were very cordial, helpful and courteous to deal with. I could enjoy my stay in Staunton and not worry about getting the problem fixed

Our propane gas tank turned on and neither us nor the Staunton fire department could turn it off. I called your center way after hours for the service department and Chris Jones was wonderful in getting in touch with Dennis Andrews to come work on the propane tank. I want to take this opportunity to recognize Jim Briggs (RV Service Advisor) and the Charlie Obaugh team. Jim for lack of better words are simply the best!! The Starbucks Mobile truck is a pilot that launched in August 2014. Two other pilot Starbucks Mobile trucks exists, Charlie Obaugh services the worlds 2nd located at James Madison University. With all new ventures hidden learning curve are expected. Jim and the team has been most resourceful, accommodating, and understanding during this adventure. THANK YOU!! Aside from the technical services provided, the genuine, heartfelt care for your customers does not go unnoticed. Communication between the RV service center, and the JMU Starbucks management team has been transparent and timely. Jim became a liaison between our warranty services team and myself. That in its self I am most grateful! I asked Jim who do I need to talk to regarding possible providing a mobile service to perform routine maintenance on the truck; Guy Stickley (Service Manager) extended his hand and said that would be me. He stated the services is not currently offered but would look into it. He didnt say no he kept the door of opportunity open. Guy, Jim and his team clearly understands customer relations beyond the fundamentals. Based on my several experiences I am inclined to believe this is the ingrained culture of the entire Charlie Obaugh Auto Group; and I am happy to be your customer! Sincerely, Michael E. We purchased our RV from Rule RV sales back in 2000. We enjoyed the service from them. We needed a some work on our air conditioner a few years back and decided to contact them and was told you had had replaced Rule. We made an appointment and your service was GREAT. We now drive from Fredericksburg, VA to get our RV serviced. Jim at the front desk always greets us by our name and goes beyond his call of duty to make sure we are satisfied with our service. He is always friendly, caring and knows his job. You have another "GREAT" employee "Dennis" He also goes beyond his all of duty. He is the BEST honest mechanic"s we have had to work on our RV. He is very friendly and always comes out to say "Hello". I just cannot say enough about these "GUY'S"Now you know why we take the drive from Fredericksburg to get our RV serviced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We hope you will take GOOD care of these "GUY'S"Thanks Doug & Kathy Bowers

Pulled into town to visit family and before we could even get the car unhooked, we had a huge fluid leak and our leveling system was showing an emergency retract. It was after 5 pm so decided to drive to their shop early the next morning. Although very busy getting other RVs ready for the season, Darryl agreed to look at our situation. Travis determined it was a hose that had become disconnected from its fitting. We took the hose to J&D Automotive, who immediately built a new hose. After also picking up ATF for the leveling system, we returned to have Travis finish the install and servicing. These folks got us back up and running before noon and provided great relief for us. Thank you very much!

We bought a new Jayco North Point 5th wheel on 4/14/17 from Charlie O'Baugh RV. The whole experience was painless, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for an RV. JW was our salesperson, and he did a fantastic job. Also kudos to Chris, the sales manager, and the service techs for inspecting and getting our rig ready. JW and the staff made our purchase of a 37MDQS Pinnacle an easy process. My wife and I are experienced campers and this is our third fifth wheel. We went through the unit for several hours before taking it off the lot. JW made sure that the items we were concerned about were taken care of and that we were happy with our camper. The loan that they arranged was better than what we had previously worked out with our bank and they were far more attentive to getting things done in a timely manor. I highly recommend them and would purchase from them again when needed. Thanks

We recently had an awning installed on our Tracer Camper at Charlie Obaughs RV store. The service representative was John Benson. Right from the beginning of our service request, John let us know that the awning material could take weeks if not a month or more to receive. We were not in a rush but would have preferred to have it installed to coincide with our trip from Palmyra to Clifton Forge Virginia. We were planning to stay in Clifton for a couple weeks. John made every effort to accommodate us by staying in communication concerning this work. Although we had to leave for Palmyra prior to completing the work it is noteworthy that we write this review to recognize John for keeping us aware of service completion. It is rare to find a business that doesnt forget you when you walk out the door. Thanks for everything John and we hope your dedication to your customers come to the attention of your manager Ben Puckett
